What is recorded
The ratings you give, your quiz answers, the films you save, the comments you write and what you do on the site (such as viewing a recommendation). These are tied to a random id in your browser cookie, not to your name or number. Recommendations are built from this data.
If you sign in
Your mobile number or e-mail address is kept only to sign you in. It is never shown, never shared, and never written into usage logs.
Visit statistics
We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how the site is used. They collect things like pages viewed, device type and on-page movement, without your name or number. Clarity does not record form fields such as your number or e-mail.
The Thursday e-mail
If you sign up for the Thursday e-mail, your address is kept only to send it. Nothing is sent until you click the confirmation link, and every e-mail has an unsubscribe link.
What is public
Your profile is private until you switch it on. Comments you write under films are shown to everyone with the name you chose.
